A lifelong advocate and supporter of universal public education, I am the current President of the Saratoga Springs Board of Education. I have two children at Saratoga High School and one in college who graduated from the district. My wife and I have lived in Saratoga for 22 years, where I’ve been active in youth sports coaching, scouting, Code Blue, Wilton Wildlife Preserve, and many other civic organizations. A former middle and high school teacher, I have owned a small scientific supply business for the last 20 years, bringing a unique combination of education and business skills to the board. I am the immediate past chair of the district’s finance, audit, and superintendent evaluation committees.
